The organizational structures we design can cause problems if they do not align with the strategies we are trying to accomplish. Choose a performance problem (low morale, low productivity, high defect rates, etc.) in your organization, or an organization with which you are familiar, that can be traced to the organizational design itself (such as problems with the structure, the reward system, or the bureaucracy.) Explain the misalignment between strategy and structure.
