Ayles Networks, an established IT networking company. The company currently employs over 3,000 people across the Southwestern United States. The HR office is centrally located, but is as much as 500 miles from several of the corporate offices. Some of HR’s primary duties include recruiting, training, and performance management. The CEO has asked HR management to use HR statistical techniques to assess the staffing, training, and HR assessments that the company currently has in place.

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation of 7 to 10 slides in Webinar format (not as an oral presentation, but a training presentation that provides information. A picture is not worth a thousand words. Webinar format means the slides should be self-explanatory with phrases, words, tables, figures, and/or bullets. Slides displaying a picture with no words are not appropriate for this type of presentation because it is not an oral presentation). The presentation should summarize the training process model. Presentation must include the following information:
- Determine the type of data that would be needed to complete the quantitative research.
- Explain the statistical techniques to assess the effectiveness of staffing, training, and HR assessments.
- Provide a brief example of an application of each of the following statistical techniques:
- regression analysis
- Assess the effectiveness of other statistical methods that you might use to analyze the effectiveness of your training and staffing programs.
Presentation must be in third person (no I, we, our, you, yours, etc.). Support slides with research, and use several sources to support your work. The use of textbooks is not enough, and additional research is required. Use as many sources as needed. Keep the citations as close as possible to the item they are citing, and list the information in references on the last slide. In addition to the textbooks, use several sources to support your work.
Work is to be submitted in PowerPoint presentation. Work submitted in other formats will earn a zero.
Cite any outside sources according to APA formatting guidelines.
